By using the Health Planner app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Health Planner helps fitness trainers keep track of clients, workout and meal plans, packages and payments. Payments are recorded only; the app does not move money.
Your account
- Trainer accounts are by invitation and are for professional use by people aged 18 or over.
- Keep your phone and sign-in codes safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Your data and your clients
- You own the information you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You must have each client's permission to add their details, including health notes, and you must keep that information accurate.
Health information
Health Planner is a planning tool. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor. Plans and templates are created by trainers. Clients should check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet plan, especially if they have a health condition.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other people's data, and no attempts to break or overload the service.
Availability
We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from plans, advice or payments arranged between trainers and their clients.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app at any time, and delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). Your account and data are then permanently deleted at once, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is important.
